These strategies aim to build a good classroom environment that can inspire and motivate students by utilizing interactive activities, active participation, enhancing critical thinking skills, and valued everybody's perspectives and contributions.
First, inserting traditional and modern teaching methods such as, lectures, giving handbooks or textbooks, conducting assessments after the lessons, creating multimedia platform presentations, and promoting brain exercise activities and examinations in digital format can enhance the overall experiences and understanding of every student.
Second, conducting collaboration and participation of every student in group projects or reports, group activities and discussions. These strategies can enhance their self-esteem, improve their understanding and communication skills, take responsibilities, leadership, and make students as an active listener, where they can articulate and listen to other perspectives.
To sum up, embracing and making these various strategies as I prepare for becoming a teacher, can make my classroom a dynamic and engaging classroom environment.
