I believe that eighteen was trying to say that common sense is the shared knowledge as well as the shared ignorance of collective.what someone sense may very well be subjectives.and what makes sense common is when many people accept the same ideas.and popularity often gives the illusion of validity.illusion is a powerful thing.and when one can see past it,they're either wrong or ostracized.
