Instruction: In one (1) long bond paper make a genogram of your family by using the symbols on page 85-86. Sample genogram is also presented for your reference on how to use the symbols on page 87. Template format: ½ inch margin on top, left and right and 1 inch at the bottom. Write your name, grade/strand/section, date and title of the activity at the bottom’s half margin.
