Because, as a simple line said, everything is based on the eye of the beholder. So, even if you might accept that one of you is wrong, or even if you're the one who isn't wrong, and you still are the one who asked forgiveness for being involved in the conflict, your friend might still be too sensitive over it and might end the relationship you had with either him or her. Well, if you don't want to lose your friend, try to avoid conflict, or influence him or her with your mindset."
