Conditional Statement
Direction: Write each conditional statement in a converse, inverse and contrapositive statement.
1. If you attend classes regularly, then you learn a lot.

Contrapositive: If you not learn a lot,then you not attend classes regularly
2. If the air is polluted, then the plants will die.
Converse: If the plants die, then the air is polluted
Inverse: If the air is not polluted, then the plants will not die.
Contrapositive: If the plants not die, then the air is not polluted
3. If it is a leap year, then February has 29 days.
Converse: If February has 29 days,then it is a leap year
Inverse: If it is not a leap year, then February has not 29 days.
Contrapositive: If February has not 29 days,then it is not a leap year
4. If a figure is quadrilateral, then it is a polygon.
Converse: If it is a polygon, then a figure is a quadrilateral
Inverse: If a figure is not quadrilateral, then it is not a polygon
Contrapositive: If it is not a polygon, then a figure is not a quadrilateral
5. If a number is an integer, then it is rational.
Converse: If it is rational,then a number is an integer
Inverse: If a number is not an integer, then it is not rational
Contrapositive: If it is not rational,then a number is not an integer
Converse: q -> p
Inverse: ~p -> ~q
Contrapositive: ~q -> ~p
