There are several ways to try in order to build defenses against discrimination because the degree of discrimination for me depends on how you accept the thought of being discriminated. In some cases, discrimination can be self inflicted. No one gets discriminated if no one would give someone the chance to discriminate. All you need to do is believe that you are unique and you are worth everybody's time. Always be confident that other people have their own faults too. Your faith and belief in yourself is the main defense you can create against discrimination.
