The following are the things that I discover in my health due to walking and running activities are as follows:

1. It improves my mood

2.It builds my confidence

3. It helps me to cope with stress

4. It burns my calories

5. It helps to improve my sleep.

I discovered that walking and running do increase the amount of norepinephrine, a chemical that can moderate the brain's stress response. In fact,  walking and running gives me time to think about your issues, or to avoid them for a while. It also improves my mood. It also help improve my sleep, and increase concentration levels throughout the day.
