This is because some have problems with the internet speed, some have problems with the cost of internet, some even have problems with just the cost of materials needed for studying. The cartoon depicts that students are heavily affected by this pandemic and learning has become somewhat of a burden. This could've easily been resolved if only the government had allotted more funds for the students that are struggling during this pandemic.
