I can prevent Digital addiction by proper managing my time and continue to do my hobbies than in technology, such as playing sport. I can prevent this addiction if I remind myself to have a specific time or schedule when I am infront of gadgets. I know that if I continued in using digital, it will only lead to addiction that can affect my health and responsibilities.
