What heroic characteristics did Perseus have?
It would be safe to say that Perseus is probably the most widely known Greek mythological hero. The adventures that were undertaken by this young man surpasses all others. He was able to do everything while maintaining qualities and characteristics that would be admired by any decent person.
Here are some of his characteristics:

- intelligence

These admirable qualities were seen as he faced the 3 creatures in the story:

Even from the beginning, Perseus displayed his modesty by seemingly being uninterested in any other life than being the son of a fisherman. He was not an ambitious man and was quite content spending time with the family that raised him. Even after knowing who his father really is, nothing about his personality changed.
Whatever he lacked in godly physical strength, he made up for in his strength of character. The bravery he showed throughout the entire epic was phenomenal. He was willing to face anyone and everything to do what is right. From the blind fortunetellers, the Gorgon Medusa and finally the Kraken, none of these nightmarish monsters were able to stop him because of his perseverance.
His intelligence and bravery were evident in the way he defeated the most dangerous creature in the story Medusa, a task which turned everyone before him into stone.
