People in ancient times obtain knowledge basically through experience and circumstantial experiments. Considering that there is still no formal education before, our ancient people automatically learn from their experiences and from the environment they are living in. Some obtain knowledge through history, from the previous generations based on remains and fossils left while others get it through the mouth or oral history that includes folklore. Folklore and old legends speak so much of the history of the past, that is why it is considered as one of the sources of knowledge of the ancient people.
