A man without education is being compared to a bird without direction for a man without education would have nowhere to go because he can't have a job for himself since haven't been disciplined and has learned nothing. He is like a bird who don't have a particular place to go to. He can't take care of himself like a bird who is lost in its flock and lost its direction.
