Seawater contains about 1.75g salt per 500 mL of water. How many grams of salt would be in one liter of seawater?

Sagot :

Since 1.75g=500ml
then we can right their relationship as:
1.75g salt/500ml
1 liter=1000ml
1000ml(1.75g salt/500ml)=3.5g salt

Therefore there are 3.5g salt per 1000ml or simply 1L
