Let 'L' be the length........... 'W' be the width........... L = W + 5 ----equation 1............. Area =LW.............. Area =84 sq.m................. 84 = (W + 5) W................. 84 = W^2 + 5W................ W^2 + 5W -84 =0 ----for width.............. For length:.............. 84 = L (L-5).............. 84 = L^2 -5L............. L^2 -5L -84=0
