I am not good in math too but by just simply self-studying, trying to solve some equation, constructing problems and solve for it and let your teacher repeat the discussion for you to understand if you can't understand the lesson and lastly when you have time approach your teacher and let her/him teach you after class so that you will have one on one.

Just keep on practicing and practicing solving problems or equations then you will make it great in Math and memorize/familiarize the equations as much as possible. I know you can do it great! :) Just believe in yourself also...
