    'x+1' be the second number
since the product is 1260 then you'll have equation as:
x(x+1) = 1260
x² + x = 1260
x² + x - 1260 = 0
x = 35, x = -36
take the positive value of x since you need positive integers
so the first number would be 35
since the second number is defined by the expression x + 1 then you'll have it as 
x + 1 = 35 + 1
        = 36
therefore the two consecutive positive integers are 35 and 36.
