Pressure the students if possible. Let's say that if you bully one of your classmates your parents will be called by the principal. And you can say that bullying won't do anything and it's bad for others and for you because your RESPECT is lacking over other people and will make your teachers disappointed cause the first lesson they taught us is to respect
