Sol'n:
x + (₱470 + x) = ₱ 1350.00
₱470 + 2x       = ₱ 1350.00
2x                   =₱ 1350.00 - ₱470.00
2x                   = ₱880.00
2x / 2              = ₱880 /2
x                     = ₱440.00 (bag)

₱470 + x =? (pair of shoes)
₱470 + ₱440 = ₱910.00 (pair of shoes)

therefore: the x, which is the bag is ₱ 440.00 and the pair of shoes is ₱ 910.00

Checking: 

bag + Pair of shoes = ₱1350.00
₱440.00 + ₱910.00 = ₱1350.00
