well it is hard though but you can make a figure of speech when you read many poems then you try to read the specific and not the literal,you will have an idea or concept on how to make a poem in figure of speech                                                                                                                                                                                         ex. The sun cries to me,                                                                                       the moon shouts away,                                                                                   the sea breezes for anybody can see,
                                     on that particular day.

             So it means that you can make a misunderstandable poem
         if we use the figures of speech properly.
