The ingredients needed in cooking Tapioca/Black Pearl are 500 grams pearl and 1 Liter of water.
Here is the procedure of cooking Tapioca/Black Pearl:
- Measure 500 g tapioca pearls.
- Measure 1 liter of water.
- Pour the 1 liter of water to rice cooker.
- Plug in the rice cooker to electrical outlet.
- Switch the mode to cook mode (red color)
- Let and wait until it boiled.
- After the water was boiled, pour all measured tapioca pearls.
- Don't cover the rice cooker and get the timer.
- Time it for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, switch to warm mode (orange color) but do not plug it off. Just stir the pearls through the use of scooper.
- After the 40 minutes warm mode, plug off the rice cooker from electricity.
- Get the rice cooker container out and pour almost full of warm water in it. Then, stir it by a scooper.
- Scoop the pearls and put it to final container or plate.
- Lastly, rinse with a sugar syrup.
