II. Materials;

Dishwashing liquid

Ziplock bag

Filtering material (gauze, cloth)

Banana fruit (ripe)

Refrigerated 70% alcohol

2 beakers

Procedure:

1. Dissolve 1 tbsp salt in 120 ml warm water.

2. Add 1 tbsp of dishwashing liquid and mix slowly.

3. Peel fruit and put into ziplock bag.

4. Mash the banana into a pulp.

. Filter the banana using any filtering material to get the extract.

6. Add 20 ml of refrigerated 70% alcohol to the extract.

7. Let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes undisturbed.
