I think, what he has done was a bad thing, since he is the coach other ppl or younger will follow or copy what he had just done. Leading to the parents copying what he had done, so of course since the young referee got hurt by his words, now even more from the parents. So this scene shows bad example, because the elder ones should be a good model for the youngsters.

(I did not get what I was supposed to do may I get the instructions? I think I am wrong X_X).
