it depends if its the story its probably the local one's since it is understandable and relatable but most local cartoons lacks budgets for the animation which although it has great sequence of plot and drama built into it the animation is kinda turning you off since its repeated and almost theres no life put into it but when it comes to the foreign one's lets say cartoons made by american cartoonist the animation is probably superb and if you watch it feels like the characters are more alive their expressions are almost surreal but most kids wouldn't be able to relate in the story that builds up in the cartoon since the language barrier is big but overall foreign ones are the much better but who knows maybe in the future there will be alot of aspiring animators who will revolutionized new animation styles and maybe we will have our own great cartoons produced locally.
