Though, first aid is essential not all should attempt to do it especially those who don’t have any knowledge about it whatsoever. Since a person attempting to might cause more injury than what the patient has.

  1. Putting a straight hard object to an assumed broken bone
  2. Applying disinfectant to a bruise or cut
  3. Wrapping of bandages
  4. Applying cold or hot compress

  • A friends fell down the stairs

  • He/ she can’t seems to stand

First Aid:

  • Do not force him or her to get up let him be in his position
  • Ask him if he feel something off or painful
  • If there is pain and its area is certain if possible move him to a more secure place
  • Observe if there are bruises or swelling (might need compression)
  • Call an adult for help/ call a hospital if the situation wasn’t neutralized
