sometimes when i talk to my teacher or coach i feeling scared and i ashame when i want to ask a guidance and help to them beacuse i always think that i was make a mistake or that they will scold me when i ask them for help but lately i realized that is nothing i can do if i put fear first just try and think of the good you can do to them.
