In the story of Keesh, what are the actions, words, and motives of Klosh-Kwan?

Klash-Kwon was the chief in the village where Keesh lived. He opposed Keesh so much to the extent that he accused him injecting witchcraft in his hunting. Because of his doubts about the marvelous hunting of Keesh, he sent scouts to track him to see his methods. The two scouts reported after coming back from spying Keesh. Upon hearing the report the chief concluded that Keesh had a charm and there is witchcraft involved in his hunting. As soon as Keesh arrived with a freshly-killed polar bear on his shoulder, he went home to eat. The chief visited his humble home and confronted him about the scouts' report.

Klash-Kwon wanted to prove that Keesh had a witchcraft involved on his hunting. But later, he recognized Keesh after hearing him explaining the mystery of his feats.
