There is no condition
that could match the global outbreak, natural or man-made disaster, and a
deliberate and strict implementation of birth control. The latter will reduce the density later
on.
The global pandemic is
one of the fearsome condition that existed in the history of man. This is proven such as during the time of
black death, the worst pestilence in European history up to that time, killing
around 25 million people in just three years!
Another possible
condition is the natural or man-made disaster like wars and famine. In our time, we feared the nuclear war which
could endanger any living species here on earth.
Lastly is the strict
implementation of birth control. If this
is implemented properly, then the population density would have to drop largely
fifty years from now according to some estimates.
