with the issue of the west Philippine sea being claimed to be "china's" caused a quite obvious tension between our country and china. the Philippines and china made an agreement for the sake of peace and safety of the people not only in the west Philippine sea but to others also. but Chinese boats and ships seems to not be aware and taking the agreement seriously and as listed on a lot of news, they have been attacking Filipino boats. this again rose the tension between the countries and it's already rumored that the reason that Marcos and Sarah wants a mandatory military training is because of the threat china has been hinting onto us. this of course can affect people's safety and peace and can bring panic amongst everyone and regarding safety for those seamen or fishermen on west Philippine sea
