For me with this Presidency I think Russia? Why ?Because Russia is the alliance of President Duterte.

Russia is the strongest friendship alliance with administration even we condemn this war.

Russia is powerful and strong leadership with a word.

Russia have the intelligent President nor back off with dignity. Not like US they condemn but the support that they give are not good enough and they abandoned at the end of the war like US are not capable to give their all support but hanging in the air when the time come. At the end of the day the back off to support.
