My answer is other, there are different things that is stressing me out during this pandemic it's just not about school, family and friends I think it's all in one. Thinking about my responsibility as a student, child and a friend stresses me out especially when I can't really express it well and feel suffocated because my life during the pandemic is not normal anymore. There are many adjustments that I've had to do for me to not be stressed and continue in life. The helpful things that I think I can do to cope up is to be aware about my emotions, that it's okay to feel sad, terrified, happy and mixed emotions. In this pandemic, we really need to chill at times and not be always sad, to make ourselves feel normal again and be happy amidst the pandemic we are facing right now. Although it's scary, but we don't know what would happen in the future so just go with the flow but always remember to pray first and love yourself.
