Don't ever attempt to answer like you are short-tempered, lazy, aggressive, etc.
A response that I could suggest is, “I tend to help and mentor my junior team members to bring them to project's pace. At times, it would eat up most of my time and hence I have to stretch my day. But still, I enjoy guiding them.”
This indirectly means that you are helpful to your team members, keep the project moving and you are flexible.
