Since Nurse's is like the assistant of the Doctor, he/she will monitor and observe the patient's health and he/she will record his/her observations to the doctor. While the Caregivers role is very important since they're the one who always communicate with patients. They always make sure that the patient's are exercising, always eat at time, and taking medication according to what the doctor said. Some caregivers treat the patient's as their family that's why they always listen to what the patient's will say. They always care and support the patient's until they're recovered.
