For me it is loving selflessly and unconditionally. In the summary of the ten commandments, it is also can be seen, love your neighbor as you love yourself. We as humans were born and raised to love and focus on ourselves. We have this mindset that about self love. There is no harm in doing it, but with these qualities of love it is really hard. Jesus is the best example of a person who love selflessly and unconditionally. Because of his love for us, he even offered his life to save us. It is really hard specially when other people are having second thoughts when it comes to the way you treat or showed them your true self and your feelings. My I grow with love that is selfless and unconditional.
