Based on my perspective since I am not an employee but a future employee of an unknown company. We have similarities and differences when it comes to our strengths and weaknesses.

Strengths

1. Risk-Taker

2. Good at managing and understanding other people's views

3. Hardworking, especially when solving problems.

         (I respect myself and other employees)

WEAKNESSES

1. Easily I lost my confidence.

3. Weak in speaking to the point, especially if my colleagues make a mistake.
