It is very difficult to find our perfect “cogwheel role” in the larger society with its infinite complexities, different fractions, conflicting interests.
It is much easier to first enter a smaller, closed, purposefully organized environment, where like minded people who are committed to a collective goal assemble together.
There through a methodical, mutually supportive and mutually complementing interaction - constantly focusing on their common goal - they can build a perfect mutual cooperation, where each and every member can find their perfect role, where they can maximally use their talents, abilities while they also receive everything form the environment which is necessary for them to perform their role.
Then many such small “cells”, pioneering small environments we could rebuild the larger Human society on new, better, more sustainable foundations, providing equal opportunities to everybody to find their purposeful, fulfilling Human place in the system.
