What do you think the effectiveness of Teaching in the classroom?

Sagot :

Answer:

There are many studies to answer this question. Although it depends on what is your primary goal, while as a teacher, I have come across several strengths and several weaknesses. We should not expect too much from the classroom, but what we should expect is what is required to the given task.

Strengths

Motivation and engagement. In our work, it will not matter, we cannot teach what we don’t want. And in this department, the teacher stands as an immense influence in the class in a positive way to the students and they spend a lot of time to the class than they do in their households, in front of the TV, etc. So, by looking at our work, motivation and engagement both teachers and students are great.

Communication skills. The communication skills as a teacher have a great impact on our ability to tell our students, what we know, what our students should learn, what our skills are and what do students need. Without that skills, we cannot reach our students. And in that way, they will learn in front of us, which will be helpful for their education in the future. So, in that department, teachers play a huge role in the future success of the student.

Behavior management and detention students.

The primary goal of our work in the classroom is to create teachers by our students. And in order for us to take a step in this direction, we must master the art of teaching, regardless of the age, the values, the attendance, the intelligence, etc. And in this area, we are expected to make teachers.

Our schools and students must know what they have not achieved, how to continue the learning and not to give up in the face of difficulties. So, in this department, we can be focused in detail, addressing the students who need it most.
