If you can’t find a replacement and you are delaying the process then your employees don’t really deserve severance pay. that is a form of insensitivity. This move might have also been precipitated by the fear that may arise from the last twelve months ‘second job under their belt’ and how their current second job might come under scrutiny.

I would do the same as they did. I would make a youtube channel which has a popular artist to have and increased the subscribers of them. So, even if our franchise company has been dismissed we are still have income. We could also use other app which has an ads that when it where click by the viewers then we could have income and also have a live stream of popular artist to increase the viewers and users of the app.
