1st:  2 liters = Php 150
2nd:  1.5 liters = Php 95

The LCM of 2 and 1.5 is 3 so we multiply each equation by 1.5 and 2 respectively.

1st: 
1.5 * 2 liters = 1.5 * Php 150
3 liters = Php 225

2nd:
2 * 1.5 liters = 2 * Php 95 
3 liters = Php 190

Therefore the second one is more preferable.
