Animal Cell and Plant Cell Structures

Sagot :

Animal Cell

An animal cell is a eukaryotic cell, it has a nucleus which controls the cell that is in the middlerough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum to transport proteins into golgy bodies or golgy apparatus which packages these proteins. An animal cell also has a ribosome to translate mRNA into Protein, these ribosomes came from the Nucleolus inside the nucleus. Animal Cell also have vesicles, this is the transportation of the proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, etc. is delivered inside, or outside the cell, lysosomes and perixosomes that has a destructive or digestive enzymes used to digest or break down waste materials. An animal cell is round, it has the cytoplasm where all other organelles are located, and the cellular or plasma membrane that protects and gives shape to the cell. An animal cell also have centrioles that arranges the microtubules during the cell division, or cell cycle that will be attached to the chromosomes. It also have a mitochondrion where respirtation of the cell takes place and it produces energy currency for the cell.

Plant Cells

A plant cell is also a eukaryotic cell, it is composed of the nucleus, to control the cell and in the side of the cell near the cellular membrane, inside the nucleus is the nucleolus that produces ribosomes who translates mRNA into protein, this proteins will travel trough rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum, the proteins will reach the golgi body or the golgi apparatus to be packaged or delivered in or outside the cell. Plant cells also have vacuole, equal to that of the vesicles in animal cell. This one large vacuole stores water, and other substances and also poisonous or it contains poisonous substances inside it, it has a lysosome and perixosomes which have digestive or destructive enzymes used in breaking down waste materials, mitochondrion where cell respiration and producing energy of the cell takes place, chloroplast that contains chlorophyll to absorb the sun's energy to produce glucose in a process called photosynthesis, cytoplasm, cellular membrane, and a cell wall for extra protection and cell-shape. A plant cell is usually rectangular.
