1)  y = mx + b (slope-intercept form)
    y = -3x + 5
     3x + y = 5  equation in standard form

2) x1 = 1    x2 = -2      y1 = -5      y2 = 5

   y - y1 = y2 - y1 (x - x1)
               x2 - x1

   y - (-5) = 5 - (-5) (x - 1)
                -2 - 1
   y + 5 = 5 + 5 (x - 1)
               -3
   
   y = 10/-3 (x-1) - 5
   y = -10x + 10/3 - 5
           3
   y = -10x + 10 -15

   y = -10x/3  + 5/3
