The major differences are:
Animal cells do have centrioles that arranges microtubules during cell division, on which plant cells don't have this because they reproduce asexually. Plant cells do have cell wall for additional protection and support, and they have chloroplast that contains chlorophyll that absorbs suns energy to produce glucose on which we call this process photosynthesis, well, animal don't have both of this parts. Animal cells are rounded, while Plant cells are usually rectangular-ish or squared.
The minor differences are:
Animal cells have many small things called vesicle, vesicle stores some substances on it, and its major function is to deliver substances (proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, etc.) in the cell itself, or on the other cell, while in Plant cells, these thing is called vacuole, only one large vacuole on which it somewhat stores some poisonous substances and usually stores water and it occupies 50%, almost 50%, or less than 50% of the cell space or the cell cytoplasm. We can also notice that the nucleus, the brain control center of the cell, in Animal cells are in the center or in the middle, while in Plant cells, these nucleus is at a side near the cellular membrane, and this is because of the vacuole at the center of the Plant cell occupying a large area of the cell.
