How to Multiply a numbers

Simply put, multiplication is like adding a number to itself n times. (n is how many times it is multiplied) for example... 2 x 2 (Add 2 two times to itself.) 2 + 2 =4.
Here's another... 2 x 4 (Add 2 four times to itself.) 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 8
3 x 5 (Add 3 to itself five times) 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 = 15
