Sagot :
The truth is, you do not have to give up any foods to be healthy; you only have to moderate yourself. To be healthy, retaining a good weight and having the right nutrients, vitamins, proteins, and lipids (fats) are required. Eating unhealthy foods in moderation can mean having ice cream or sweets only once a week, or having fast food less often. If you are trying to lose weight, then you need a calorie deficit, meaning you burn more calories than eaten, but if you are only trying to be healthy, eat unhealthy foods less often and take up eating more vegetables, fruits, and meats high in vitamins, nutrients, and amino acids.
PHYSICAL HEALTH
Give up the cookies, chips, chocolates, all the junk and sweets that you do not need everyday.
Soda. Once you stop drinking for a few months, you won’t even crave it. Stick with water. Water with lemon, water by itself. If you must drink something other stick with organic juices
Taking the elevator. Take the stairs, even if you are on the 10th floor, it is a good workout.
Sleeping late. Your body needs to rest and muscles need to grow, get good enough sleep.
Fast food. Cook at home, it is cheaper, and healthier.
MENTAL HEALTH
Give up toxic people, relationships, and jobs.
Give up procrastination. Set a schedule.
Give up going to sleep without a night time routine.
Give up waking up late. Seize the day and treat yourself with a nap.
Give up being too serious. Learn to laugh at life and yourself.
Health doesn't only mean physical health. Mental health is important to keep physical health in form. If you are mentally healthy it means you will need to do little to be physically healthy.
1) Ego: Take off the "E" and let it "GO"
2) Gossips: Give up involving in unhealthy gossips
3) Acceptance: Give up judging everyone and accept the world how it is
4) Food: Give up eating food outside and start cooking. Of course, you will call your mother for the recipe, I am pretty sure she guides you in the right direction towards healthy foods.
They key is moderation rather than cutting everything out blindly. The only exception would be smoking and taking drugs.
Eat a good diet that includes a lot of plant-based foods (mostly vegetables), plus lean protein, healthy fats and not too much processed stuff. However, if you cut out everything you love, you will start to resent it and that can lead to bingeing. Just make sure that any indulgence is worth it. I like chocolate, for instance, so I eat it from time to time but I generally go for high-end, high cocoa chocolate rather than cheap bars like Snickers.

(junk food would be an obvious answer though)
Don’t trust brands that don’t reveal their ingredients. If they are trying to use names you can’t pronounce there is a good probability you won’t be able to digest it quite literally.
Don’t follow Y weight loss videos. Until ofc your aim is to lose health. Then you may proceed.
