The Creed is composed of the 12 articles of faith which Catholics believe in.
One difficulty that perhaps you may encounter is the memorization. In that case repetition will work. Another difficulty can be our will. The creed is what we profess, what we believe in. It would be hard to proclaim those things which you yourself don't believe. Its a matter of personal acceptance.
