Things may appear to be out of control right now. You may be confronted with a slew of unknowns and disruptions. Even if you think you're multitasking, you're probably not... instead, you're switching between tasks very quickly (this is referred to as "micro-tasking" by some).
3. Make a plan.
As the situation progresses, you may find yourself with fewer social obligations, group meetings, or work hours. Making a schedule for yourself can help you stay organized and motivated. If you don't already use a weekly or daily calendar to organize your time, try something like the example below. Schedule in time for exercise and self-care.
4. Change out your strategies for new ones.
During this time, your routines may need to be adjusted. Look for ways to modify your current habits or create new ones.
5. Stay connected to other people
Even if we limit our face-to-face time on campus, connecting with family and friends may be more important than ever. Keeping in touch with instructors, classmates, and group members is still essential for ongoing classwork.
