My opinion:
Do not panic. Take a deep breath, calm yourself as much as you can. Now, by all means, start your way to provide assistance to the injured family member. And bring yourselves to a safer area as quickly as possible.
Think like a genius and decide on what's the best thing to do before, after,and most especially during an earthquake.
