In my opinion the qualities of a good leader that I want to process by official that will lead our community and also why are:
✎Ability to disagree - Disagreements are an inevitable, normal, and healthy part of relating to other people. There is no such thing as a conflict-free work environment. You might dream of working in a peaceful utopia, but it wouldn't be good for your company, your work, or you.
✎Communication - Leadership communication consists largely of messages related to a company's culture and core values.
✎Self-awareness - Self-awareness is an essential trait of a great leader. By knowing your values, personality, needs, habits and emotions, and how they affect your actions and the actions of others, you'll be better able to manage your stress, make better decisions and ultimately lead others to do the same.
✎Gratitude - Gratitude is a powerful – yet often underappreciated and underutilized – leadership skill that can transform your organization.
✎Learning agility - People who have high levels of learning agility seek out and learn from unfamiliar experiences and then apply those lessons to succeed in the next new situation.
✎Influence - The ability to influence is an essential leadership skill. To influence is to have an impact on the behaviors, attitudes, opinions and choices of others.
✎Empathy - An empathetic leader is one who has a genuine interest in his/her team members' lives, the challenges they face, and their overall feelings. This kind of leader makes an effort to understand their situations and what they are going through, in order to offer support and help them.
