Probably in decision making you need to make your own strategy,do some analyzation and then finalization.You tend to weigh the prons and cons of selecting this over that,creating your own strategy to test whether this kind of technique is effective and what's more to that is having a back up plan to get prepared if the outcome is not so good and so on the other side when we do problem solving we of course do some analyzation also yet the difference about the two is that the in decision making you tend to learn how to strategize and yes it depends on the situation if whether your plan will be in succession or not and if it fails you can just step to the next plan but when it comes to problem solving there's already an availability of the answer and somewhat you may follow certain equation to come up with the right answer and as long as you follow that sequence the probabality of you having an accurate answer is high.In decision making you tend to just rely on yourself and others can't even sway your decision yet in problem solving you in the highest possibility rely on the answer which is or which had been finalized.You have your own freedom to decide things for yourself if you're talking about making a decision but if we do the solving we depend on the formula and solution itself so sometimes we can't just freely make anything because there are rules to follow...
