Just draw or search for a pic of a person you want to become in the future. There's no right or wrong answer for this. For example, wanting to be like your favorite idol because you admire them or a character from a book or show because you can relate to them.

Then write down the reason why do you want to become such a person as to what you've drawn or searched.

This activity is pretty similar to just drawing our own self as superheroes, royalty, a super cool characters but deeper and more self-searching.
