The population density refers to the number of people per unit area which can be computed as square meter or kilometer. This can also be calculated by town, city and by country. If a place is said to have high population densities meaning the place is overpopulated. Therefore, population density can be used to identify which area in the country is overpopulated in order to formulate specific programs that can be used to address the overpopulation of place. This is done to be able to properly assess the characteristics and real needs of the population so the programs to be created will surely answer the needs of the people in the place.
